Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of website stock items without argument, if for any reason you are not well-chosen with the quality. (For incorrectly ordered website stock items, we charge a 20% restocking fee, merely will refund the remaining total.)
Whilst we undergo all precaution and care over packaging of our products we understand that incidents beyond our control can occur during transit by courier partners. delight check items cautiously upon receipt for any mistakes or issues. For items received damaged, delight touch us within 24 hours of receipt and we wish refund or replace at the earliest opportunity.
We pride ourselves on our ability to make exactly to your quality requirements, however, accept that there may be errors. To return the items, delight package them appropriately, ideally in the packaging they were sent to you in, and send them to the address below. delight mark intelligibly as “Return goods for the aid of the Quality Department” and email Max@ceramxpert.com with the details.
