This Alumina Ceramic Tile is crafted from high-purity Al₂O₃ (>99%) using an advanced slip-casting/press-casting process, ensuring a high-density, smooth surface for optimal durability and performance in demanding applications. Precautions for Use:

1. Pre-drying: Before initial use, dry the tile in an oven at approximately 105°C for 2 hours to remove moisture.

2. Avoid Direct Flame: Do not use gasoline torches, acetylene torches, or alcohol lamps for direct heating to avoid cracking due to uneven heat.

3. Maintain Distance from Heating Elements: Keep at least 2 cm of space between the tile and heating elements (e.g., carbon tubes, SiC rods).

4. Controlled Heating/Cooling:

   • Below 1200°C: ≤ 5°C per minute

   • Above 1200°C: ≤ 4°C per minute

   • Use controlled power cooling to avoid rapid temperature changes that could lead to cracking.

5. Large Tiles: Ensure the tile does not directly contact the furnace floor. Elevate it using high-temperature-resistant materials like corundum plates to improve air circulation and extend its lifespan.
